help with outlook express 2003 and 2 axims!

Hi, there.

This is my problem! I only have one computer and I am trying to give this other axim to my girl friend. But I don’t want to have a guess account, just one account. The question is (how do I am able sync my calendar and contacts and keep my calendar private, and make one for hers so she keeps her staff private with Outlook Express 2003?). with out her having my numbers and contacts or me having her contacts and numbers if some can help me with a step by step I will appreciated. I all ready have 2 partnerships with activesync. And I know that every time I sync with my axim name and she sync with her axim name!!

Thanks
Atlas

To keep Outlook data separate, you need to create separate profiles (i.e., not just partnerships). You can either:

1. Go to the Mail settings in your Control Panel and set up another profile, OR

2. Create separate XP logons (provided you're running XP).

Outside of Outlook. Go to Start - Control Panel - Mail (you will need to enable Classic view to see the icon). Then click on "Show Profiles" and then click on "Add". Just keep on following the prompts to the end. Next time you sync, it will prompt you to select the profile you want to sync with.
