Is there an upgrade or not??

Can anyone help me please? is there an upgrade for axim x5 with pocket pc 2002 to 2003. saw on dell forum, they said to go here someone could help unlike dell. i just bought a cf wireless card for my axim didn't notice that i only was running 2002 my cf is compatible with 2003. can anyone help me fix this problem? can't seem to find an upgrade anywhre. HELP ME PLEASE!!!! or if ther is a compatible card that anyone might recommand that too would help. Thank You!!!

pnie, welcome to Aximsite! There is an upgrade available but you will have to get it used since Dell no longer sells the upgrade CDs. Your best bet would be Ebay. Please do not request it here because we don't discuss warez here, and used software sales are not allowed. However, once you get a copy, feel free to post if you have problems with the upgrade procedure. :)

I downloaded a file that claims to be an update
to rom 05. Is there any way to validate that
file? Without some kind of validation, the
risk of creating a doorstop is too high.
So far, I haven't run into any programs that I
absolutely need that won't run on PPC2002. But
that's likely to change in the future.

Suggestions?
