Axim will not respond to Stylus
All of a sudden tonight my Axim will not respond to the stylus. I've soft-booted it several times; plugged it into the quick-wall charger; set it in the cradle; by using the buttons on the front I finally got to the resetting screen but could only get the middle, upper left, lower left X and when it got to the right X it just froze--no more. It turns on and wakes up real slow. Any hints? Please help! My life is in this PDA!! If you wish to contact me offlist I am kaybear0928@yahoo.com ![]()

kaybear,
Your touchscreen problem sounds to me like it may be one that is fairly common with the X5.... Go to the following link and check out my comments in Post #3: http://www.aximsite.com/boards/showt...=x5+screen+fix If the business card cleaning idea doesn't work, then you'll have to disassemble your X5 to clean any debris from around the screen edges and/or do the "black tape fix." Hope that you have a backup of your X5 data before you do that, since it'll hard reset your X5.... Good luck! Steve B quovadis7
