Question Moving Email from ActiveSync folder to Service folder

What a day....

I upgraded to A03 which was smooth except for restoring my backup....being in Canada with Cdn settings you have to make a few changes in the Axim before it'll accept the restore as valid.

Next part of the problem was ActiveSync - it wouldn't accept the Restore file as Guest and it wouldn't accept my normal partnership. I had to go in and delete references to the partnership in ActiveSync and then in Documents and Settings in Windows Explorer and then re-establish it for it to take.

Then I decided to upgrade ActiveSync to 3.7 which was smooth. :)

Then I realized I don't need Outlook at all as with MSN you can put all you Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks info into it's online Calendar and use IntelliSync to download this to the Axim.

Notes remain solely on the Axim.

Then I realized I could wirelessly connect to my Service Provider to sync my Inbox items, which works great but the question is:
How do I move what I already synched from Outlook to the Axim Active Sync folder to the Service Provider folder?
Resend all the items and retrieve them on my new Serivce connection?

Thanks
