My digitizer got cracked and I found a replacement on there. The entire LCD is pretty costly, though. You might want to look into just replacing your X5, or even upgrade it!!!!

PPC Techs has replacement screens as well as the LCD and touchscreen assemblies. I'm not sure what you need, but you might to check them out. I've not dealt with them yet, though I will soon be sending out my 2215 for repair, but I've heard nothing but great things about their turnaround and service.

Yeah, a new LCD/Digitizer assembly is going to run you $130 or more. For $199, you could buy a whole Axim X5 over at usedhandhelds.com - warranty and all. Unless you need your specific X5 (because you have registered software on it for example), it's probably time to just get a new X5 or move up to an X30/X50. Usedhandhelds.com might even give you a little bit of money for your current X5 if all the other parts (except the screen) are working normally.

i found a used dell axim x5 basic for 150 euros! So i will change lcd, housing and i will have 4 pens! (plus xtra cables etc)
