Hi, I downloaded A03 and it seems to be working fine, but i backed up all of the information using activsync before i installed A03 and now it won't restore the information. It says that the backup was created using a different mobile device. Please help, otherwise I'll lose all of my information. Thanks

Thanks for the quick respone, but I was signed in as a guest to try to restore it. Does it make a difference if the backup was done in ActiveSync 3.5 and now I have 3.7?

I don't think the ActiveSync versions should matter. here's another possibility for your problem:

Thanks for yr help, I now have A03 on my axim, with my previous programs.

I had this same problem. I then checked the help and found out that if you had changed the regional settings before you did your backup, then it won't recognise it until you change the regional settings back to the same value you had before backing up (it defaults to USA after the A03 upgrade).

It then worked OK
