Three days had gone and now my axim has a cracked screen !
it slipped out of my hand with about 1 foot length from the ground
(no wonder del dont warranty screens )
anyway iam hopeing that my bank insurance will cover the cost but what a waste! iam so mad! I had even just purchased screen protectors that were arriving in a week or so!
iam seriosly thinking about purchesing another axim as the lousy delivery and horrible customer service are more than repelling!
do you think its worth getting another axim and going through all that stress?
(plus risking another cracked screen :crooked: )

Same happened to me.
had it in my jacket pocket, took my jacket off and dropped it to the ground (about the same distance as your drop) I sent it to pocketpc techs in CA and the Creditcard insurance picked up the bill.

See this link for some ideas if you don’t have any insurance that will cover it. In particular, DennisFranz had a decent idea if you have a 400MHz Axim and you are a somewhat technical person.
