Ok here is the problem:
My axim became slow and unresponsive today so I soft reset. I still had the problem, even after a few soft resets. I then hard reset since I had nothing to lose and figured it would clear my ram out. I then had to re-align my screen but my axim was still very slow and would hang for many seconds while aligning. When I finished aligning, my screen would flicker and my alignment cross would be back in the center of my screen, thus I would go through the process again and again in the same loop. So now I am unable to get past my alignment screen after many attempts and hard resets. Any Ideas???

Scenic vista.
Sun going down.
Sound of taps being played softly.

Ok, called Dell. New one is on the way. It only took 40 minutes and I managed to understand the guy at the other end

If you call them... and complain... they will send you a new unit

Just hope that the new unit isn't in worse shape than your original! OY!
