I hope someone can help!

I am having problems with Internet Explorer and Avantgo. It seems my browser cannot determine when I am online vs offline, and is always trying to connect.

I synch AvantGo and have the data offline, but when I try to view anything in IE the globe spins and it nothing opens. It is almost like it trys to establish a network connection for new information and does not look at the downloaded avantgo info. (my pocket pc is offline)

I cannot open any of the predetermed sites in IE; dell, pocketpc.com, msnmobile. They all just time out.

Any ideas as to how I can get IE working again and use Avantgo:

I have run welcome.exe again. and reinstalled the Avantgo client.
