Active Sync Error

I am curently syncing with my laptop (NT40) MS Outlook 97 and my Desktop (XP Prof) MS 2002. I have problems :

"The following appointment cannot be written to MS Outlook due to error 8004011B the item will be skipped."

I don't get that error with my notebook only with my desktop.
What gives?

If you get an error beginning with 80XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is any hexadecimal number) you have a corrupted record in Outlook. See ActiveSync - Identifying Unresolved Items to assist you with fixing this issue.

Because the corrupted record is on the PC, not the Axim. Thus, the problem only exists on the PC where it resides.

I just got the error, i looked into the unresolved item causing it (a note) and it appiered that the drawing i made took up 30 pages of white space. I deleted the drawing and the billion space key enteries and the note synced fine. ...Just to give you an idea of what to look for.
