Twice now my system has frozen - buttons take me to programs, the jog works, but I can't do anything. Nothing responds when I touch the screen. Is this a hardware problem? Is it common? Last time I had to a hard reset and restore my backup. What would cause this? I am not running any unusual or exotic programs.

I have the same issue. It seems to resolve itself when you return the unit to the cradle.... It's happened twice in 7 days. I'll probably call Dell and seek a replacement.
