I downloaded active sync 3.8 from web and it worked. I then installed wifi drivers that I received with wifi card and it froze up. Display show Pocket PC 2002. Tap screen nothing, I did soft and hard resets no change. Please help with quick,easy solutions.

Put the PPC in the cradle and use ActiveSync to remove the WiFi sotware drivers. Are you sure the drivers are for WM2002?

Also, following your hard reset, did you restore from a backup? If so, you may have restored back the problem. Make sure you try from a "clean" hard reset.

Also ... this may seem stupid ... but be sure the lock button isn't set or partially set. I did that once and it drove me nuts for about 10 minutes until I realized I'd locked the device!

Ah, but there is no lock button for X5s. ;)

Try swiping a credit card around the edges of the screen - you might have debris pushing on the digitiser
