Question

I installed the matrix locking program and then unistalled it because it got annoying. Now, when I open my Axim or put it in the cradle, a popup message says that it can't find the program. I used the unistaller within the Axim and I can't find anything related to it in the startup folder. Where is it looking to try and find the program? Is there a "win.ini" or "system.ini" file that I need to modify?

Try browsing to \Windows\Start Up\ folder using your favorite file explorer. The short-cut might have been left in there...

I had the same thing happen to me. I searched high and low and couldn't find anything. I opted to do a hard reset since I don't have more than a couple of apps in my main memory (all else is on my SD and CF cards). A little extreme, but problem solved.

Did you remove it Via your Axim Remove Programs or using Active Sync?
