The d-pad on my Axim was acting up and I received a replacement unit from Dell today. Luckily, the unit appears brand new and has the 255 processor (my original one had the 250).

The new one came with both batteries and another AC adapter. Has anyone else received another adapter with their replacement? I'm guessing this is just part of the normal new unit package and that's why it was included.

If you did get another adapter, did you just keep it? I'm guessing that Dell just wants my old Axim back with no other accessories, which would be a nice bonus.

I've read that some people have gotten refurbed Axims with no batteries. So, do I return the battery with it too, or do I get to keep the extra battery as well?

Just wondering what others experiences are concerning this.

I got everything in the box with my replacement. I returned all the extras after reading the small print on the website that said you will be charged for items not returned. I was quite suprised to see the charge for the extra Axim on my account even before I had received the replacment!

Thanks for the feedback. Where on the site did you read that fine print?

BTW, I've read some posts on other sites where people have also received the AC adapter, and when calling Dell, the rep told them to keep it and return just the Axim.
