Sound problems...

Ok, when i listen to music i get lots of pops and crakles. It does it on the speaker and headphones. It isnt the song I know that cause it sounds fine on my pc and my minidisc player. Any idea why it would be doing this? Im using WMP. Thanks.

WMP is not the greatest app for playing music on the Ax. I would try another program first, to see if it is truly the Ax or the software. If it still does it w/ a different program, I'd call Dell up and get them to send you a replacement. I use mine all the time as both an mp3 player and movie player (great for airplane trips....but then again, so is a glass of scotch and a good buzz). I would try Pocket MVP. I am pretty sure if you do a search, you'll find a link....sorry, I don't have one handy.

Hope this helps.
