My ax is going back and a replacement being sent out, does anyone know what parts i should give to the courier?, does this mean batterys, stylus etc or just the ax??
Any advice gratefully received..... | ||||

I gained a new stylus that way - forgot to put the old one in the box...
yeah, check and see what they ship you first. I even made the deliver dude wait till I had checked that the replacement unit was A05... he he - he got a coffee so did not whinge. | |||||

When you get a replacement while within the 30 days period, does Dell send you brand new unit or refurbished unit?
My screen is a little flaxy. I can see visible scan lines (horizontal) and it is annoying me. It is more apparent on some theme I choose over others. Does DELL pick up the shipping for your unit back to them? | |||

Errr... I think return, I pick up the tab.
I just returned the AXIM Basic and I was told to ship it back at my cost. Perhaps exchange is different. Will call them today. Scan lines are really annoying. | |||
