I believe you send back in the package you receive the replacement in, so, wait to see what you get, and return what you get replacements for.

If Dell didn't tell you what to send back, I'd wait too...if you're still worried, call them and ask :)

When I replaced mine, they sent a whole new Axim with everything that comes with it. I swapped out the axim and the battery, put it in the box with everything else untouched and shipped it back.

That's what I did, too. You will most likely be charged for anything that doesn't get returned...unless you are one of those lucky people.

When you get a replacement while within the 30 days period, does Dell send you brand new unit or refurbished unit?

My screen is a little flaxy. I can see visible scan lines (horizontal) and it is annoying me. It is more apparent on some theme I choose over others.

Does DELL pick up the shipping for your unit back to them?

If you are within the 30 day period, you should get a new unit.

Delll will take care of shipping. When you contact them to set up the return/exchange, the will schedule a pickup for you with Airborne.

Errr... I think return, I pick up the tab.

I just returned the AXIM Basic and I was told to ship it back at my cost.

Perhaps exchange is different. Will call them today. Scan lines are really annoying.
