Hi

My X5 doesnt want to get past the align screen .. screen.

It starts up, goes to the windows screen and it says tap screen to set up your handheld... and when I do it goes to the align screen mode and after I align the screen it keeps on going back to align screen page... never goes further.

I have tried a hard reset of the unit a couple of times with no results

I had this problem when I had a screen cover on, I guess the screen alignment was a fan of whatever the protector was doing. As soon as I removed the screen protector and hit the little things to align the screen I was fine. It was annoying cause some of those screen protectors aren't exactly cheap, but it makes the PPC usable

Yeah no I dont have a screen protector to get in the way...

I cant see it being anything other than screwed up electronics

Too bad, it would have been way nice just to remove the screen protector :(

Make sure there's no dirt built up between the case and screen.
