D-pad question
I've noticed and read numerous threads pertaining to the d-pad being mushy and unacceptable to some. I don't know if this is the problem with mine but I do have a problem with mine that I'll try to explain and see if its the same as many others here. My d-pad seems to not be centered and leans to the bottom right corner a little bit. I believe this results with sometimes when I press up it will respond by moving to the right among other miscalculations in directions via the d-pad. Now is this problem the mushy d-pad or something else entirely. Would like to know this before I contact Dell about it. In addition, what phone number should be used when contacting dell about this.

Mine did the same thing, except it leaned to the left. I doubt Dell would replace and or fix it because it is strictly cosmetic and it doesn't effect the performance. No two axims are created equal, and the fact that you have a leaning d-pad proves they aren't perfect either. If in fact you can prove your performance is affected, you may get a replacement unit.
