Won't sync

Have had my Ax since Dec. No major problems. Tonight when I place it in the cradle it will not connect to ActiveSync. Tried several times but no success. Did soft reset 3 times. Any suggestions?

What have you changed? Installed/removed any software on either the Ax or the PC? Changed any settings, restored anything, added/removed any hardware? What symptoms are you getting? Any error messages? Did you check the cables, are the connections tight? Have you changed USB Ports? What does the PC show in Device Manager when it's trying to connect? It's hard to diagnose "it doesn't work."

Also try rebooting your computer. Sometimes it needs a "soft reset" too.

Thanks for your responses. I started up the PC today, synced the Ax and had no problems. For the life of me I can't figure out what happened yesterday, but it must have been the PC. Glad to say everything is fine now!::D
