I read the post about a Dell Rep saying that the metallic label may be what is causing these discs to become corrupt. I wondered how many people with this problem have metallic Axim cases and take their Axims in and out of them frequently. Could static be transfered from the Axim moving in and out of a metallic case to the card label and corrupt the data? I've got a Rhino case and have had to format my 256 SD twice now within one week. I do take my Axim out of the case frequently depending on what I'm doing...ie using pocket top keyboard.
