is everyones Jog dial action button
hard to press in? .. Mine takes some
more force then I think necesarry, then
theres a loud click when it finally goes in
and performs the action.

Anyone help with this? (or know where
i can see an axim in any store? )

Yes, the button does have to be pushed and does make a little clicking sound. Perfectly normal.

You can see Axim's and other Dell products at Dell kiosk stores in lots of malls around the country. You can order stuff there too. That's where I ordered my Axim.
