X5 making noise after shutoff...

I have an unusual problem, I think. After I shut off my X5, a few minutes later I get the battery low warning sound. This also happens under normal operation because my backup battery for some reason doesn't work.

It is almost as if the unit is turning on without the screen coming on after I shut it down. This is causing me to turn the sound off so it doesn't wake me up in the middle of the night.

I have done a hard reset, and still the problem persists......

Anyone?

Perhaps replace your backup battery?

Well, since you have already tried a hard reset, I really am not sure what to tell you. This is unusual, but I would definitely try and replace the backup battery and see if that changes your situation
