I just got this thing from a friend who didn't use it. It worked fine until the power ran out because I had left it home on a long business trip. Backup battrey also went dead. Replaced Back up and charged unit but now a screen comes up that is about Pop Up Menus and the unit does not respond to anything.

Please help.

On the back you will find a little hole. Put the tip of the stylus in there and press, this should restart it Like rebooting a computer, and then you can go from there. I bit more information about your problems and the type of device would help as well. Welcome to Aximsite, you have come to the right place for help.
