Can you beam information like contacts from the axim to the palm and vice versa? Or do you need to get a program to that? If so, what program would do that?
Yes, you can beam to a Palm. In Downloads, under Axim Downloads, there is a utility for the IR to facilitate beaming to a Palm. It is called (I think) Serial Driver Update. :)
I was beaming contacts from Palm to Axim without installing the update. I don't know anything about the update other than what the description actually states.
Check out the first contact beamed over. Standard categories came over fine for me, but the special categories on the Palm (selectable for different data) may not arrive in the correct field.
