All of a sudden, the green/orange on light no longer is illuminated when in the cradle. Did I turn it off somehow, or do they burn out?

It's pretty dim in green mode. Are you sure it's not on and your room lights are not just too bright to see it?

Is the cradle actually working? Does it have power?

If you take the battery off the Axim and stick it in the spare battery charger do you get the lights on the charger?

Just trying to rule out problems with the cradle first since its easy ...

If you do get the lights have you tried a soft reset on the Axim and tried it in the cradle again to see if it works?

Does it actually charge the Axim even thou the power light is not working?
