Must see screen trouble w/solution!

Sorry to say this, but im about to say "the hell with dell!" or "Dell from HELL!"
Anyways I would appreciate help on this problem, no im not gonna switch from dell, but I just wanted to put them rihyms on here. LOL anyways I would like a response before I exchange it.

Ok well I found the problem!, the frame of the axim was pressing on the bottom of the screen, well i said i had a solution but first if you have a screen prob like this where it doesnt respond or if you tap the upper right corner it actually clicks the bottom right then this may be your prob, so lets see take the stylus and slip it between the frame and the screen, pry up lightly then slip back out. See if the screen works properly if it does it wont last long so take a peice of rubber or felt and slip it back to the edge of the axims screen but be aware not to slip it to far then may cause the d-button not to work properly.
Then it should be fixed.
oh if the prying method didnt work then you should probably scrap the whole fix.
