On Dell website, in the Axim ordering section, there's "Both the Travel Synch Cable and the Cradle are available with either a USB or serial connector" available. However, a Dell's rep told me that there's no such thing as serial synch cable, only USB. He also told me that even if we buy a CF serial card, we won't be able to get it to work. Can anyone please confirm or deny this? Thanks.

He was wrong...
310-3474 is the part number for the cable.. (I saw someone else post 310-3174, but I think that's it's part number IF you buy it with the Axim) A lot of the reps don't know about it, but the computer does.. Unfortunately the Web site doesn't know all the accessories yet... desiv Dang, now that I've memorized the part number, I should actually order it.. :-) | ||||
