axim lockup+soft reset = Hard reset
My friend and fellow Axim user recently was adding a task to outlook. His Ax locked up...so he did a soft reset. The machine then did a hard reset, back to factory defaults. Anyone heard of this happening? Should he contact Dell? Thanks!!!

Doesn't sound right. A Hard reset should present a prompt warning and asking for confirmation. If you say no, it aborts the hard reset. If he got none of that and the machine was blasted back to factory standard, that's not right.
