as of right now, simpletech has only ever manufactured its cards in japan. sandisk has only ever sourced its cards from taiwan or china.

however, taiwan and china SD cards may soon achieve reliability on par with japanese SD if what we're starting to hear about the AR0307NS sandisk cards is true...stay tuned to the sandisk SD card trouble thread at the top of this board for more info.
