Sorry baker! You can note my frustration level with this on my opening thread but it's WELL worth the wait. My dad has the pronto, paid more and his is not color!

What is the average ship time of the IR extender? Mine *FINALLY* shipped on August 2nd and I was hoping to have it by today..but that was just a hopeful estimate.

Shipped 8/1... Still not received.

Good to here that Insearchof and everyone else is happy with it though!

I've got my fingers crossed that it will be waiting for me when I get home.

Poor Bakergm, another person taunting him with the delivery of the IR extender. Any luck yet Baker?

I just ordered my IR extender...so it looks like I got a month to wait. Gonna be a long month...

The good part? I got a month to tinker with my CCF file and get it just right.

Thanks guys for the thread. This is something I've wanted to do for a long time and all the info has been exceptionally helpful.

:D :D :D

I got it over the weekend. Taunt and jeer all you want. I'm now up and running. Finally got all my X10 codes worked out and my home theater is now under my Axim's control!

Just for fun I wanted to test the range out. I could only get 39 feet away, but it still worked!

Hehe....I did the same thing when I was writing my review of the PDA-ir for Aximsite a few months ago. But it makes you feel good when you hit the furthest corner of your home theater, and it still works! :D

Glad to hear that you're up and running!
