I just replaced my backup battery and did a soft reset at the same time (the battery was dead and I have done a couple of resets since it died) now I am just stuck at the blue Dell screen.

going to be calling tech support. Not good. I think I would strip it down (pull both batteries) and let it sit for minute before trying again. Try everything before calling tech support.

Flippin A...I just synced all my info up and then this hang up wiped it all...I hate it when things don't go as planned...GRRRRR
