Why did I lose sound?

Well I use my PPC primarily as a GPS with the Delluo Routis software. I was very happy with the set up :D until one day all of a sudden I lost voice prompting

while driving around.
First I thought it is the Rotis problem, so I de-installed and re-installed it again, no result still no voice prompting. Then I did a hard reset to my PPC and re-installed Routis on a fresh blank PPC, but still no voice prompting. I have no idea what is going on

, can anyone help me out?

Make sure to go to Start >> Settings >> Sounds&Notifications....be sure that Enable sounds for "Programs" is checked. This could possibly be your problem.

Don't feel dumb.....even some of the staff here ran into the same problem when testing some GPS products awhile back. :D
