Ok well when i dowload a game or app. and then copy and paste it to activesync then do a sync and find it with file explorer on my dell and click on it it says 'this file is not a valid application'? am i doing something wrong. am i supposed to put an app in a certain folder? HELP!:crooked:

The majority of installation programs should be run from your desktop. After you download the files, run them from the desktop and Active Sync add/remove programs should pop up. It will ask you if you want to install to default location. Choose yes if you want it on main memory and no if you want it on a memory card.

Follow Raynne's instructions for like 95% of all downloads.

However, if the downloaded file is a .cab file, then you need to simply copy it over to your Axim....and then go to File Explorer on the Axim...and click on the .cab file. This will install the program on your Axim. But only do this if the downloaded file is a .cab, otherwise follow Raynne's instructions.
