PHM is an excellent tool. But the problem is not with the software, but with the fact that apparently, part of the Axim's incredible price comes from Dell using extremely cheap RAM that has a very low overclocking potential. Note that this should in no way be seen as a critic of Dell : I respect the manufacturing decision of choosing components working just up to the specs and not more in order to lower the price for the consumer (now, don't get me started on the SD card thingie, of course).
