No Synchronisation (or anything really)

I just installed the Dell Bluetooth adapter and now there is no contact between the PC and AXIM indeed on the AXIM there are only four items under "Start" (Recent Programs/Today/Find/Help) I'm at a loss how do I restore the operating system to AXIM which appears to be corrupted - should have stuck with my Palm.................

I really dont understand how this could happen.......maybe you can be more precise in your explanation, or provide step-by-step ?

Have you tried a soft-reset ?

Well I had set the machine up and all running smoothly (PPC2003) and I thought I'll install the Bluetooth card now. Followed the instructions, I then had to do a soft reset and when the machine came back it is as described. Now I have done a hard reset and the OS is now back (though obviously all programs deleted) and I'm busy setting things back up - not impressed!
