Mad Active Sync Problems - disconnecting

I have an Axim X5 300mhz, Pocket PC 2003, Active Sync 3.7, using the Dell USB cable to sync... it works great at home, with Windows XP... stays connected forever; however, when I try to sync at work with Windows 2000, it syncs fine for maybe a minute or two and then disconnects and I have to replug the device back in for it to work again.. then another minute goes by.. disconnects again.. this is entirely frustrating! Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I've scoured the forums and haven't found a solution to my problem...

Thanks,

Josh.

At work open your ActiveSync

Go to:

Tools
Options
Schedule

Under Desktop schedule
You should have a dot in the first one "Continuously while the device is connected..."

Under Server schedule
You should have a check in the first one "When connected to my PC,..." pull down "5 Minutes"

Hope that helps.
