outlook not working?

I have had outlook on my PC since I bought it about a year ago....is there anything special I need to do to make the 3 mailboxes I have setup in it sync with my Axim? Outlook receives my mail, but on Sync, it doesn't transfer. All my accounts are setup to send new mail to the Personal Folders inbox, but that doesn't seem to be working...>Thanks in advance for any suggestions....

Is the settings in activesync on your desktop set correctly? That is when you see "inbox" in your desktop activesync "information type", right-click and choose "settings", are the appropriate folder selected to sync with the axim?
