I've been hearing rumors that some SD Cards that are ordered from dell don't work right or something... anyone had any problems with this?

Check the first thread of this forum. There are 488 posts (as of this minute) about this problem. If that's not enough, do a search on Sandisk and you'll find a few hundred more posts.
