Just to let you know, they'll try to get you to do all sorts of stuff (soft reset, hard reset, change settings, etc.) before they will authorize a replacement. Talked to them on Wednesday, came on Friday. Just the Axim, no batteries, no cables, nothing. Send the old one back in the box the replacement came in. Actually, it was a good experience considering all of the horror stories that are out there!

I'll probably give them a call tomorrow evening. Maybe I could get mine by Fri so I can reload everything over the weekend. Before I call, what sort of backups do I need to make? Just the ActiveSync?

If you backup with active sync, you connect as a guest, do your restore, then the next time you sync it should be back to your old profile. I didn't backup, had some junk that I wanted to get rid of, so I did a clean install.
