Cannot Conect Message

I have a Wifi card for my Axim. Whenever the card is not in place, a message keeps popping up that it Cannot Connect. IIn the Settings -> Connections -> Advanced -> Network Card it always says that my card connects to work. I've tried changing this to My ISP, but it always keeps going back to Work (i've tried this with the card in and without). Granted, I'm not at home and can't get my 802.11b card work at work, but shouldn't I still be able to make the change on this card setting??

I suspect that the reason the message keeps coming up is because it keeps trying to connect to "work". Thoughts?

had same problem

turned off the "auto check" account thingie in my email account and message went away. fscking maddening....

Where is the "auto check" setting in the email. I could like to turn it on ?

It's a setting in your service in the inbox. Use Tools, Options, tap on the service and tap Next until you get a page with Options. Tap on the Options button, check the box and set the time interval.
