Got my new axim and they left my old one
My new axim arrived today. They had to send me a replacement after the 2003 update went wrong.
Anyway the one I recieved was 2002 but Ive updated it and this time it worked  Strange thing is that I tried to give my old one to the delivery guy and he said he wasnt supposed to take it. Anyone know what I am supposed to do with it ? It says in the documents that came in the box that he was supposed to exchange it for the new one.  | |||

You do need to ship the old one back to Dell. What he meant was he is not allowed to just take packages to ship. You have to take it to the post office or a place like Mailboxes, etc (The UPS Store) to ship.

With the replacement I got, there was a slip in the box that gave me a phone number to call and arrange for the Airbourne Express guy to come pick it up at my house.
