I got my Axim on December 2, so it's been through its fair share of abuse...screen scratched, chasis scratched, sand in the speaker, speaker grating rusted, etc. Does Dell offer some sort of reconditioning service for a price? If not, is any of this covered by warranty, or can I find something that is?

No they do not offer any kind of reconditioning service. And none of that is covered under the warrenty.
