Inbox not syncing with outlook 2002 and 3.7

Hi all,

I cant get my outlook inbox to sync with my dell axim. I have outlook 2002 installed and activesync 3.7 and I cant get them to sync. Everytime I sync, inbox disappears and when I go to recheck it in the options to sync, there is no check box, but inbox is there. Any ideas on how to get this working?

thanks,
Tom

I believe I'm having a similar problem when I had AS 3.6. I used to be able to sync my inbox but I think around the time I did the ROM upgrade, it started doing this.

After I installed AS 3.7, I can go into Options before I connect and enable the check box and pick the folder in Settings but when I click OK the main AS window displays "Disabled" next to inbox and it won't sync it!

I've tried upgrading AS from 3.6 to 3.7, completely uninstalling and reinstalling AS, deleting my partnership and recreating it but nothing has worked. I've tried MS knowledge base with no luck.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
