the first pic shows the two black plastic pieces that held the board with the connector and wires


the second picture shows a closeup where you can see the reconnected wires,
with the glue-ish stuff to hold them on better




(I still can't get this thing to work, I think it is SW related at this point, possible something else causing a conflict)
