Worried Stupid memory question

I have a basic model (so memory is at a premium). I have installed most programs to built-in storage (other than those which required main memory - ICBAR and Netrunner) to preserve RAM for program use.

Sometime over the last week I have used 1.25MB of Storage space (not sure for what). In searching via File Explorer, I do not see any programs other than those listed above installed in Main Memory.

Anyone have an idea of how I can find what is using this 1.25MB?

do you use avantogo to get news, etc? that will use some storage memory.

another thing i noticed using battery pack 2003 is that i have a program with some memory "leakage" not sure which program it is yet, but when i do a soft reset i am back at about 21 MB.

not sure this helps . . .

Thanks for the ideas. I don't use Avantgo (I read enough elsewhere :) ), and the 1.25 MB stays after a soft reset.

If you had something like Resco file explorer you could do a more extensive search (hidden files, and searching for file types or sizes).
They might offer a trial version, but that requires installing another app.
Have you considered getting a CF card? The 64 Meg ones are quite reasonable now, and that would be a jump in available memory. Everything I have loaded into memory on my CF card runs just fine.

I have a 128 & 256 CF cards (used between camera & Ax), and a 256 SD card. I don't really have a problem, just want to know what is eating that 1.25MB.
