I purchased a new battery and a USB cable. It has charged once, but now it will not charge at all. Help please.

A little more information would help to sort out your problem.


But, at a guess, Many usb cables do not supply enough power to charge a battery.
Some will charge when the device is not turned on other are only sync cables.
Also if the battery is very low it often wont charge.
Try charging with an AC adapter.

A closed mouth gathers no foot.
