my axim it's not turn on

hi my axim can't turn on when i charging battery get him 6v is this the problem. cheked whit new battery and nothing it's not help

Are you charging via USB? If so, try using the AC adapter. The X50/X51 series should only be charged via USB when the device is OFF.
