I've a 2002 Axim 5. Lately, the screen keeps freezing up, not responding to the stylus. I'm able to navigate using the buttons at the bottom, but unable to do anything else. I've done soft reset, hard reset, nothing seems to work. It's like the unit has gone "hair-wired". Evertime I tab on the top of the right screen, the typing option will shows up at the bottom. Can anyone help?

If you have a screen protector, try removing it. Also, these threads might be helpful:
