SparkLan WCFM-100 not recognized

Hi, I'm new to the forum and in desperate need of help.
I have a Dell Axim X5 running Pocekt pc 2002.
I purchased a SparkLan WCFM-100 Wireless 802.11g CF Card.
Information about my Dell is below:
Microsoft Pocket PC
Version 3.0.11171 ( Build 11178)
Processor: Intel PXA255

I follwed the instructons for installation and when placing cf card in slot I
receive the following message:
Unrecognized Card
Enter the name of the device driver for this card. For information,
see the card manufacturer's documentation.
There are 2 led lights on the card but neither lights up when in the axim.

Also when I go to my system/settings/connections the installation
instructions show a WI-FI icon, my screen shows a network adapter icon.

I went to Perfect Prism and tried to use the driver from thier site.
When I copied the cab file over it the name looked like a web site address.

I also tried just using a cf card and the device does recognize the card.

I'm not computer savy but I follow instructions well, any help would be
appreciated. Thank you.

I'm doubtful this card will work with the X5 and PPC02. According to the Sparklan website:
OS support: Windows CE4.2/5.0

WinCE 4.2 = WM03/WM03SE and WinCE 5.0 = WM5.

It's possible to upgrade the X5 to WM03 but it may be difficult to find the upgrade by now.

Yes, it is, "sort of" (I was mistaken above in saying "WinCE 5.0 = WM03SE" and have now corrected it). From what I can find, both WM03 and WM03SE are based on WinCE 4.2. WM5 is built on the WinCE 5.0 platform so software written for WinCE 5 should work on WM5.
