how do you get the axim back to factory install

Hold down the power button while holding your stylus in the reset button. Do this for a few seconds, and when you release it and turn the Axim back on, it will ask you if you want to reset it. Follow the directions to get the reset.

Keep in mind that it gets set back exactly as it was when you received it. i.e. All of your contacts/schedules/etc. will be lost.
